I am so excited to show you all the Sawagani I got! Sawagani is Japanese soft shell crabs. They are smaller in size but have a lot of flavor. The best part about these crabs is that you can eat the whole thing! I did get these live so they could be fresh. I grew up on the coast of Virginia and was always told to “put the seafood to sleep” before cooking.
