WWE NXT has featured a lot of short title reigns over the years, but this one was particularly alarming in the grand scheme of things. Three weeks ago, WWE NXT kicked off with a Women’s North American Title match between Blake Monroe and Thea Hail.

Some of those spent lengthy spells in NXT, while others, such as Evans, did not. But WWE might be about to finally call upon Jacy Jayne, who has been in developmental for nearly five years and is the reigning NXT Women's Champion.

Blake Monroe and Ava have been butting heads on NXT. This week’s show saw Ava throw Blake out of the building after she attacked Thea Hail before their scheduled title match on the show. Blake and Ava traded barbs on Twitter/X after their heated face-off,

A former AEW Champion and budding NXT star is reportedly already set for a WWE main roster call-up after a successful stint. After spending several successful months in WWE NXT since last year, former WWE NXT Women's North American Champion, Blake Monroe, aka Mariah May during her time in AEW, could be on the verge of a call-up.
